Just one month after the FCC voted to repeal net neutrality rules, 50 senators have already come out in support of a Congressional Review Act vote to overrule the FCC and restore net neutrality.
We’re just one vote away from winning in the Senate! And Florida’s Senator Marco Rubio has strongly indicated he is considering supporting the CRA vote and becoming the decisive 51st vote we need to win.
Show up for a Team Internet ‘Be a Hero’ event and petition delivery at Senator Rubio’s Miami office on Thursday, February 15, from 12:00 pm -1:00 pm.
We’ll gather outside the office with signs and chants at noon, and then deliver petitions with signatures from Florida residents at 12:45 pm urging Sen. Rubio to ‘be a hero’ by saving net neutrality. We’ll be holding events at his Jacksonville and Miami offices at the same date and time too. Spread the word!
